What is Rekordu?
Rekordu is a point of sale, stock and IMEI ledger built for phone shops. Every handset sale is recorded with its IMEI, price, payment, staff member and buyer, stock updates as the sale closes, and the owner sees each branch's sales live.
How does Rekordu check an IMEI?
Staff scan the IMEI label with the phone camera instead of typing it. Rekordu checks that all 15 digits are valid, that the handset is in the shop's stock, and that it is not on Rekordu's shared list of phones reported stolen or lost.
Does Rekordu work without internet?
Yes. If the connection drops, staff keep selling. Sales are saved on the device and sync to the owner's records as soon as the connection returns.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes. Start with one till and add branches and staff accounts as the business grows. Each sale is tied to a branch and a staff member, and the owner sees every branch from one account.
How do customers get their receipt?
Rekordu sends the buyer a receipt on WhatsApp with a link to the full record, including the handset's IMEI, so the sale can be checked later for a warranty or a dispute.
Which payment methods does Rekordu record?
Cash, mobile money and card, and a single sale can be split across more than one of them.

Rekordu is a product of PagezTech Ventures, a business registered in Accra, Ghana, and works in any browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Prices are in Ghana cedis.
How much does Rekordu cost?
Starter is GH₵99 a month (one branch, up to 3 staff), Shop is GH₵199 a month (one branch, up to 15 staff), and Branches is GH₵149 per branch a month for two or more branches. Paying yearly gives two months free and a free setup visit; otherwise the setup visit is GH₵150 for Starter, GH₵250 for Shop or GH₵200 per branch.
